Manila Longevity is a tool that helps you build a plan. You answer fourteen questions about what you want, your body, your day and your health. From those answers we build a 90-day protocol: what to take, in what order, how much, what to check before you start, and what it costs. It takes about three minutes and it is yours to keep.

It is not a clinic. No physician reviews your answers, nobody here diagnoses you, and nothing on the protocol was written by your doctor. The doses shown are the protocol's schedule, drawn from figures commonly cited in the research literature and the registered dosing of related products. Take it to a physician who can see your history before you start. That is the advice, not the small print.

The compounds are research materials. They are not registered with the Philippine FDA and are not approved for human use. We say that plainly because saying anything softer would not be honest.
