A telehealth subscription includes a consultation with a prescriber, a prescription for a registered medicine, and a delivery of that medicine. What the published figures cover is set out on each service's own page and repeated, without adjectives, in the table above: a programme fee that bundles the care, or a care fee with the medicine on a separate bill. What neither page publishes is the medicine's own price inside the subscription, so the table cannot show the full monthly cost of either.

A Shape protocol here includes a protocol built from fourteen answers, a printed sheet that says what each compound does and how often it is taken, a message thread with the person who filled the order, and a check-in at day 90. It does not include a consultation, because nobody here is a clinic and no physician reviews your answers. The compounds are research materials, not registered with the Philippine FDA and not approved for human use.

A subscription is for someone who wants a prescriber in the loop from the first day, a registered branded medicine, and a monthly bill that covers all of it. A protocol is for someone who wants to know exactly what they are taking and why, at a published price, with the doctor conversation happening on their own terms, and who is comfortable with a small weekly injection at home. The difference underneath the two is who decides. On a subscription, a prescriber decides the medicine and the step, and you follow. On a protocol, the sheet says what each compound does and why it is there, and the decision about whether to begin, and at what pace, is made between you and a doctor who knows you, with the sheet in front of you both. Some people want the first. Some want the second. Neither is the cheaper choice for everyone. A subscription's published figure is a fee whose medicine may or may not sit inside it, and a protocol's first order is larger than its monthly run-rate because a vial outlasts a month. We are not a clinic. Nobody here prescribes, diagnoses or reviews your answers. We do not say that our compound is the same as, substitutes for, or does what a branded medicine does; the reader draws that line with a doctor. Take it to a doctor who knows you before you begin.
