Do peptides work?

The answer
The ones here, for the goals here, yes.
For the goals on this site, with the compounds on this site, yes. The strongest evidence is for the fat-loss compounds on body composition, the copper peptide on skin, and BPC-157 on tissue. Where the evidence is thinner, the compound is labelled support, not core, and it is added second. What working looks like at 90 days is different for each goal.
Where the evidence is strong.
Body composition. The fat-loss class has the largest human trials of anything on this site, run over more than a year, and the results are not subtle: appetite falls, weight falls, and it stays off while the compound continues. Skin. The copper peptide has decades of research on collagen and tissue remodelling, and the change shows in a photograph at eight to twelve weeks. Tissue. BPC-157 has been studied in tendon, ligament and gut lining, and people who train seriously come back to it. The trial-by-trial account, with the population and the number of participants for each, is at the evidence wing, and the page for shape is where the strongest of it sits.
Where it is thinner.
The growth hormone pairing works, in the sense that it measurably raises the body's own release; what that does for strength over a year in a healthy adult is less well measured, which is why the protocol tracks it with the one blood marker that shows it. The sleep compound has been studied since the 1970s but in small groups. The focus compounds are same-day and self-evident, and the long-term research is thin. The mitochondrial compound is the newest and the least studied. On this site, every one of those is labelled support and joins second, so the core carries the result and the support has to earn its place.
What working looks like at 90 days.
For shape, a scale and a tape measure that have moved every week since the fourth. For skin, a photograph in the same light that looks different from the first one. For recovery, a pain score that fell and a training log that filled back in. For sleep, deep-sleep minutes on a tracker. For energy, a daily one-to-five for the afternoon that averages higher than it did. For focus, the days you reached for it and the days you did not.
That is the whole method: one number per goal, written down on day one and compared at day 90. If the number moved, it worked. If it did not, the compound comes off and the protocol says so. The protocol guide shows how the 90 days are shaped around that number. Log the weekly weigh-in in the Tracker and set the date with the body composition timeline.
