Longevity Manila

Check it off. Every day.

Today's doses, where to inject, and how you are doing, on your home screen.

What you need

A plan. A minute a day.

Before you start.

  1. This tool opens to today and shows what is due, the site to use and the units to draw, and lets you check each one off.
  2. Have a plan in the Planner first; the Tracker reads it. Add this page to your home screen and it opens like an app.
  3. You get a streak, a log you can export, and charts of your weight and how you feel with the plan's steps marked on them.

Opening the Tracker.

Nothing you enter here leaves your phone. Your data stays on this device.

A habit, not a dashboard.

The Tracker opens to today and shows what the plan says is due, with the units to draw and the site that has rested longest. Checking a dose logs the time, the site and anything you want to note. Three taps record how you feel, and once a week it asks for weight and waist. The streak is a plain number, because the number is the motivation; there are no badges here and nothing to unlock.

Progress charts the 90 days with the plan's ladder steps as markers, so you can see what changed when. Reorders surface a week early with a message ready for WhatsApp that names the vial and nothing else. Everything is kept on this device, exports as a file, and deletes in one tap.

What a day looks like.

You open the Tracker from your home screen. It says which compounds are due, in the plan's words, with the units to draw beside each. You tap one, the syringe drawing shows the line, the body map suggests the site that has rested longest, and you tap Taken. The time and the site are written to the log. If something felt different, a note goes with it. Three taps for energy, sleep and appetite if you want them, and the day is done.

Once a week it asks for your weight and waist in the same morning conditions. Every four weeks a photograph, same light, same place. At week twelve the Planner's checkpoint arrives and the Progress tab shows the whole 90 days against the dates each dose stepped up, so what changed and when is plain before the day-90 conversation. Nothing on the Tracker is sent anywhere. The pixel sees that a page opened, and that is all.

Questions

Why is there nothing due today?

Either your plan has not started yet, or today is not an injection day for your compounds. The Planner's calendar shows the days; weekly compounds are due once a week.

What if I miss a dose?

Take the next one at its usual time and never double up. Leave the missed day unchecked; the streak resets, and that is fine. The log is for you, not for a score.

Where do my photos go?

Nowhere. They are stored inside this browser on this device, never uploaded, and they leave when you delete them or clear the site's data. Same light, same place, once a month is enough.

Can I use this without a signal?

Yes. Open it once online, then it works offline. Adding it to your home screen makes it open like an app, with your plan and your log intact.

How do I get my data out?

Export as JSON for everything or CSV for the log, from the buttons at the bottom. Delete everything removes it all from this device and cannot be undone.
