Recovery
the protocol it funnels to
Before you start.
- This page names sports physiotherapy practices in Metro Manila with a public page, whose menus include no injections, for anyone running the recovery protocol.
- A repair compound works on tissue; a physio finds the movement fault that keeps injuring it. Both together is how a recovery protocol ends with the problem gone.
- You leave with practices to book, what they publish, and the questions to ask at the first visit.
A sports physiotherapist assesses how you move, finds the weakness or pattern behind a recurring niggle, and gives you a loading programme that rebuilds the tissue. That is a different job from a massage and a different job from a doctor, and it is the job most people on a recovery protocol have skipped for years. The practices below list sports physiotherapy on their own public page, fetched on the date shown. Any practice whose menu also lists injections of any kind, including joint injections, was left out.
Prices are shown where a practice publishes them. Most do not, and the card says so.
5 entries, verified.
Each one fetched from its own public page on the date shown, and its whole services menu checked for anything injectable. Listed by area, not ranked.

At the first visit, bring the protocol sheet and say what you are taking; a physio who knows a repair compound is in the system can time the reloading. Ask for a written programme you can do at home, and put its days into the Tracker as notes.
How it fits your protocol.
The recovery protocol is built on the KLOW blend, whose repair peptides work where tissue has been stressed. The sheet keeps the affected area protected for the first four weeks and reloads it progressively from week five. That reloading is exactly what a physio programmes. Without one, people reload by feel and re-injure; with one, the compound and the programme are doing the same job from two sides.
A recurring injury is often a movement problem, and a compound cannot fix a movement problem. The physio visit is the part of the protocol that makes the day-90 result stay.
Recovery protocols here are built on KLOW Blend. Yours starts with three minutes.
Get startedQuestions
Do I need a referral?
Most practices see patients directly; some hospital departments ask for a physician's referral. Check the practice's page or call.
Should I tell the physio about the protocol?
Yes. Bring the sheet. Knowing a repair compound is in the system lets them time the reloading, and the doctor line on the sheet applies to them as well.
Why no practices that offer injections?
Because the rule for every entry on this site is that nobody who sells or could sell an injectable is listed. A practice that offers joint injections is out, whatever else it does.
What does a session cost?
Where a practice publishes a price it is on the card with the date. Most do not; ask when you book.
