Do I really need a separate fridge?

No. A shelf in the household fridge, away from the door and the freezer, is what most people use. The small fridges are for crowded kitchens and hot bedrooms.

How long can a vial be out of the fridge?

Only what the storage guide already says: long enough to draw, then back. An afternoon warm is a reason to replace it. This page adds no new number.

Which cooler for a flight?

Can I use a regular lunch cooler?
