Longevity Manila

A tape, a scale, and maybe a watch.

The three things that measure a protocol, where they are sold here, and which numbers matter.

the protocol it funnels to

Before you start.

  1. This page covers the three things that measure a protocol: a scale, a tape measure, and, if you want one, a wearable. Where each is sold here, at the price printed.
  2. The tape does most of the work and costs the least. The wearable is optional. The scale is the honest one if it is used the same way every week.
  3. You leave with what to buy, what to ignore, and how the numbers reach the Tracker.

A body composition scale estimates fat and lean mass from a small current through the feet; the estimate wobbles with hydration and time of day, so use it the same morning conditions each week and watch the trend. A cloth tape around the waist at the navel, level, after breathing out, is the measurement that tracks fat loss most directly. A wearable adds resting heart rate, sleep timing and an estimate of fitness, which are useful on the energy and sleep protocols and irrelevant on the others.

The products below are from official brand stores in the Philippines or the maker's own shipping page, fetched on the date shown with the price as printed in its currency. Some wearables are not sold here officially, and the card says what the maker's own page said about shipping on the date.

Weekly, same morning, before eating: weight, then waist. Put both into the Tracker, which charts them against the plan's steps. Monthly, a photograph in the same light. The rest is optional.

How it fits your protocol.

The shape protocol is judged on waist and photograph as much as weight, because the point is fat, not kilograms. The body composition timeline sets the pace; the tape and the scale report against it each week. The energy and sleep protocols are judged on how the afternoon and the night feel, which the Tracker records as scores, and a wearable's resting heart rate and sleep timing are the numbers behind those feelings.

None of this is required to run a protocol. It is how you know at day 90 what changed.

Shape protocols here are built on Retatrutide and KLOW Blend. Yours starts with three minutes.

Questions

Do I need a smart scale?

No. Any scale used the same way every week shows the trend. The body composition estimate on a smart scale is a bonus to watch, not a measurement to trust in isolation.

Where do I measure my waist?

At the navel, tape level, after breathing out, before eating, same spot each week. The Tracker has the field.

Are wearables sold officially in the Philippines?

Some are; some ship from abroad; some do not ship here. Each card says what the maker's own page said on the date. Nothing here is a recommendation.

How often should I weigh in?

Once a week, same morning conditions. Daily weighing measures water and salt and the weather.
