the protocol it funnels to
Before you start.
- This page adds up what doing this properly costs in Manila each month: the protocol from the live catalogue, a baseline panel at the cheapest listed laboratory, coaching where a price is published, and a panel amortised over a year.
- Every figure comes from a helper reading a source with a date. Not one is typed.
- You leave with a monthly total per goal and the honest note about what is and is not included.
A protocol is a monthly cost only once it is running. The first order is a vial, whole, and the weeks it lasts depend on the dose and the frequency the quiz set; the cost tool shows both the first order and the monthly line, and the table below uses the monthly line so that the goals can be compared on the same footing. Read it as a floor: it is the arithmetic of the sourced figures on this site and nothing else, and every cell can be traced to a helper reading a page with a date.
The testing line assumes the plain discipline the testing wing describes: a baseline panel before day one and a retest at week twelve, which is two panels a quarter at most, so the lowest published price for a package that includes HbA1c or a lipid panel is divided across three months. It does not include a body composition scan, a fitness test or a wearable, which are optional and priced on their own pages. If your doctor already runs a panel for you, the line is zero and the total drops by that much.
The coaching line is counted only for the shape and strength goals, because those are the protocols where a coach changes the result rather than the experience; the lowest published one-month coaching figure on the strength coaching page is used as it stands. A gym membership without coaching is not counted for any goal, and neither is a class pass, a physio visit or a sauna session, all of which are priced on their own pages where a provider publishes a number.
The red light line is counted only for the skin and recovery goals, and it is a purchase spread over a year rather than a monthly bill, which is why a panel that is unpriced on the read date leaves the cell blank instead of guessing. Where a cell is blank the total is smaller than the real month will be, and the notes under the table say which line and why. Nothing on this page ranks a goal or recommends one; the quiz builds yours from your answers and the cost tool prices that plan exactly.
Two more things the table leaves out, on purpose. Food is the largest variable in a shape protocol and nobody publishes a price for the way you eat, so it is not here. And time: the coaching hour, the morning weigh-in, the lab visit before work, the injection that takes a minute. The number is what doing this properly costs in pesos. What it costs in attention is on the household page, for the person who will notice.
A month, by goal.
Protocol from the live catalogue once everything is open. Testing is the lowest published price on the bloodwork page for a panel or package that includes HbA1c or a lipid panel, spread over the three months between a baseline and a retest. Coaching is the lowest published one-month coaching figure on the strength coaching page. A red light panel is the lowest published panel price spread over a year. Blank means unpriced.

How it fits your protocol.
The protocol line is the cost tool's monthly figure for each goal once everything is open, read from the live Primara Labs catalogue after the standing discount. The testing line is the lowest published price on the bloodwork page for a panel or package that includes HbA1c or a lipid panel, divided across the three months between a baseline and a retest. The other lines appear only where a listed provider publishes a price.
What the table leaves out is deliberate: food, a gym membership without coaching, and anything nobody publishes a price for. The number is a floor with sources, not a promise.
Shape protocols here are built on Retatrutide and KLOW Blend. Yours starts with three minutes.
Get startedQuestions
Why is the protocol line different from the first order?
The first order is a vial, whole; the monthly line is the vial's price spread over the weeks it lasts. The cost tool shows both.
Where do the other lines come from?
From the resource pages' verified entries, each with a source and a read date, and only where a price is published. A blank cell means no listed provider publishes one.
Is this everything I will spend?
No. Food, a gym membership without coaching, and unpriced services are not here. It is a floor built only from sourced figures.
Which goal is cheapest?
The table says, by arithmetic. This page does not rank goals or recommend one; the quiz builds yours from your answers.
