Blood is drawn in the morning, usually fasted, at a laboratory branch or a hospital's outpatient laboratory, or at home by a phlebotomist the laboratory sends. Every entry below is a provider whose own public page was fetched on the date shown and whose services menu was checked for anything injectable. Diagnostic chains and hospital laboratories pass that check by their nature; a provider whose menu also sold drips or aesthetics would not be here.

Prices are shown only where the provider publishes them, as printed, with the date we read them. A price you do not see is a price they do not publish, and the card says so. Nothing here is ranked, and where two providers publish different prices for the same test the table shows both and this page says nothing about it.

Before you book: confirm the fasting hours with the provider, bring an ID, and if you want the same panel at week twelve, note which branch drew the baseline so the retest uses the same laboratory. Take both printouts to your doctor; the bloodwork log keeps the two columns side by side.

Do I need a doctor's request to have blood drawn?

Many laboratories draw common panels on request without one; some tests and some hospitals ask for a physician's order. Check the provider's page or call ahead. Your doctor can write the request in the same visit you show them the sheet.

How long do I fast?

The provider's page or your doctor gives the hours for the tests you are having. Water is fine. Book the earliest slot so the fast ends early.

Should I use the same lab for the retest?

Yes. Two laboratories can print the same result in different units or against different methods. Same lab, same conditions, and the two columns compare.

Where do these prices come from?

From the provider's own public page, read on the date shown on each card. We do not carry a price from memory, and a card without a price row means none is published.

Which tests should I ask for?
