Longevity Manila

Where to inject today.

Six sites, rotated, so nothing gets sore. It remembers for you.

What you need

Your phone. Nothing else.

Before you start.

  1. This tool remembers where you injected last and suggests the site that has rested longest.
  2. Have nothing in front of you but your phone. Tap the site you used, or accept the one suggested.
  3. You get a drawn map with the recent sites shaded and the next one marked.

Opening the map.

Six sites, a hand's width apart.

Subcutaneous means into the soft fat just under the skin, not into muscle. The abdomen, a hand's width to either side of the navel and above and below it, and the front of each thigh are the sites people use because they are easy to reach, easy to pinch, and forgiving. Rotating between them is what keeps each one that way. The map here is the same one inside the Tracker; use this page if you only want the rotation.

How the rotation is chosen.

The map keeps the date of the last injection at each of the six sites. Each day it suggests the site that has gone longest without one, and when several are equal it walks a fixed order: upper left of the abdomen, upper right, lower right, lower left, left thigh, right thigh. A site used yesterday shades darkest; one used two weeks ago barely shades at all. You can always tap a different site, and the log records what you actually used, not what was suggested.

A daily compound cycles through all six in under a week, so each site rests six days between uses. A weekly compound could use one site for months without harm, but rotation is a habit worth keeping from the first day, because most protocols add a daily support at week five. The repair peptide is the one exception where place matters: for a local injury, near the injury is a little better, as long as it is still soft tissue and not the joint itself.

Skip any site that is tender, bruised, warm or red. If a site is hot, red beyond a coin's width, swollen or painful the next day, message us with a photograph and do not use it again until it has settled. The side-effects page says what passes and what means stop. This page stores only the sites you log, on this device, and nothing else.

Questions

Why rotate at all?

Every injection leaves the tissue under it a little bruised. The same spot daily thickens and absorbs less evenly. Moving between six sites gives each one a week or more to recover.

Where exactly on the abdomen?

A hand's width to either side of the navel, above and below it, in the soft fat you can pinch. Not into the navel itself and not on a scar.

Does the site change how well it works?

For most compounds no. For a repair peptide on a local injury, near the injury is a little better, as long as it is still soft tissue. Comfort decides the rest.

What if a site is sore the next day?

Skip it until it settles and choose another on the map. If it is hot, red beyond a coin's width or swollen, message us with a photograph before injecting again.

Is this the same map as the Tracker's?

Yes. The Tracker suggests a site each time you check off a dose. This page is the same map on its own, with its own log, for people who only want the rotation.
