Before you start.

  1. This wing is about measuring: where to have blood drawn in Manila, which tests fit which goal, and how to measure the rest of what a protocol changes.
  2. You do not need any of it to start; you need it to know what changed. A baseline before day one and a retest at week twelve is the whole discipline.
  3. You leave with named places, published prices where they exist, and a plain account of what each test measures. Never what a result means; that is your doctor's.

A 90-day protocol is a change, and a change is only visible against a baseline. The pages in this wing cover the five ways people here measure: a blood panel, body composition, an estimate of fitness, a glucose sensor, and the newer biological age tests. Each page names where in Metro Manila the thing can be done, from the provider's own public page, with the price they publish and the date we read it.

Nobody who sells or could sell an injectable is listed anywhere in this wing. Laboratories draw blood and run tests; hospitals run the scans; that is all they are here for. If a place turned out to offer drips, hormones or aesthetics on its menu, it was left out, and the reason is recorded.

Testing, page by page.

How it fits your protocol.

Every protocol built here has two fixed checkpoints: a baseline the day before the first dose and a retest at week twelve. The Planner puts both on the calendar, and the bloodwork log keeps the two columns side by side for your doctor. This wing is where you find the lab to draw them and the words for what each test measures.

For shape, the fat-loss compound changes appetite and how the body handles fuel, so the tests that describe metabolic health are the ones that move. For energy, it is the fitness estimate and how the afternoon feels. Weight, waist and a same-light photograph carry most of the work for everyone, and they cost nothing.

Shape protocols here are built on Retatrutide and KLOW Blend. Yours starts with three minutes.

Questions

Do I need blood tests to start a protocol?

No. The sheet asks for weight, waist and a photograph. Bloodwork is the extra layer for a person whose doctor wants to see what moved underneath, and the two-column log is built for that conversation.

Which lab should I use?

Any of the ones listed, by convenience. They are listed as facts with a source and a date, not ranked, and we are not affiliated with any of them. Use the same lab for the baseline and the retest so the two columns compare.

Will these pages tell me what my results mean?

No. Every page in this wing says what a test measures and stops there. Reference ranges depend on the lab, your sex and your age, and reading them is what a doctor who knows you does.

Where do I find my dose?

On the protocol sheet from the quiz. Nothing in this wing is a dose or suggests one.

Longevity Manila builds your protocol from your answers. We are not a clinic. Fulfilment is by Primara Labs, our partner and supplier. Take it to a doctor who knows you before you begin.
