Save the calendar file and open it in your phone's calendar. Each injection day arrives as a morning reminder with the units to draw in the description.

What the Planner knows.
A protocol is a small number of compounds, each with a vial, the water it is mixed with, a dose or a ladder of doses, a rhythm through the week, and a week it starts. From those the Planner lays every injection on the calendar, marks the day a dose steps up, counts each vial down dose by dose and pins the day to reorder before it is empty, and adds the two checkpoints every protocol here carries: a baseline before day one and a retest at week twelve.
The calendar file puts one event on each injection day with the compounds and units in the description and an alarm in the morning, plus the reorders and the checkpoints. The day-one list is the shopping list for the whole 90 days. The link carries the plan and nothing else. Everything is kept on this device.

Do I have to build this myself?
No. Take the quiz, open the results sheet and press Open in Planner. Every compound, vial, water volume and schedule arrives filled in, and you can change anything.
What is a reorder pin?
The day to order the next vial. The Planner counts each dose against the vial you have and pins the reorder before it runs out, allowing for the days a delivery takes.
What are the two checkpoints?
A baseline the day before your first dose, and a retest at week twelve. Weight, waist, a same-light photograph, and bloodwork if you are taking it. They are how you will know what changed.
Where do I find my doses?
On the protocol sheet from the quiz. If you do not have a sheet yet, the quiz makes one in three minutes. The Planner does not suggest a dose; the only one it ever offers is the labelled example.
Who can see my plan?
Only you, on this device, unless you copy the share link and send it. The link carries the compounds and dates and nothing about you. There is no account and nothing is uploaded.
