The floor under everything.
Sleep, protein, strength, easy cardio, sun, the few supplements with evidence, and what to read.

Shape
the protocol it funnels to
Before you start.
- This wing is the floor under everything: sleep, protein, strength, easy cardio, sun, the few supplements with evidence, and what to read.
- None of it needs a vial. All of it decides how much of what a protocol does you keep.
- You leave with seven plain guides, each written for this city, each ending at the protocol it serves.
A protocol changes one thing at a time; the foundations are the things that were always yours to change. Sleep decides whether a sleep protocol is even the right answer. Protein decides whether a shape protocol loses fat or muscle. Strength decides what the shape looks like. Easy cardio and sun decide how the afternoon feels. The supplements page is short because the evidence is short, and the reading page is ten things, not fifty.
Each page is written for Manila: the heat, the condo, the commute, where to actually walk. Each ends with how it fits the protocol it serves, and the compounds are named from the same taxonomy the quiz uses.
Foundations, page by page.
- Sleep in a city that never cools.Heat, light, noise and the condo bedroom: the room and the timing that fix most sleep before any compound.guide
- Protein when you are not hungry. Why the floor matters more on a shape protocol, the Filipino food that hits it, and what a day looks like.guide
- The barbell decides what you keep. Why strength training is not optional on a shape protocol, what enough looks like, and how to start here.guide
- Easy cardio, and where to do it here. The talking-pace effort, the loops people use before six, and the heat that sets the hours.guide
- The sunny-country paradox. Why so many people here test low, how much sun does the job, and what the supplement is for.guide
- Four supplements, not forty.Creatine, vitamin D, omega-3 and magnesium: what each does, and where they are sold here.guide
- Ten things worth your hours.Books and podcasts on sleep, protein, strength, metabolism and ageing, one line each, no retailer links.guide
How it fits your protocol.
Every protocol here assumes the floor is in place. The shape protocol on retatrutide and the KLOW blend asks for a protein floor and continued training from day one; the sleep protocol on DSIP asks that the room is dark and cool first; the energy protocol on NAD+ asks that easy cardio is happening. The Tracker logs the weight, the sleep score and the energy score that these pages move.
If you have not taken the quiz, the closing button on each page builds the protocol from your answers. If you have, the Planner is where the protocol lives and these pages are what you do around it.
Shape protocols here are built on Retatrutide and KLOW Blend. Yours starts with three minutes.
Get startedQuestions
Do I need to fix all of this before starting?
No. Start the protocol and work down the list. The sheet already asks for the two that matter most, protein and training, from day one.
Why is Manila different?
Heat, humidity, a commute that eats the morning, and condo bedrooms that never get dark or cool. Each page says what to do about the one that applies to it.
Are these medical advice?
No. They are plain guides on sleep, food, training, sun and reading. Nothing here is a dose or a diagnosis, and every page ends at a doctor who knows you.
Where do the supplements come from?
From retailers whose pages were fetched, with prices as printed, and only for the four with evidence. We are not paid by anyone listed.
